How will PNPC package items to prevent damage during transit?

All collectibles will be packaged appropriately with protection to prevent damage as much as possible. PNPC has three years of experience in posting items, especially expensive collectibles. So rest assured.

Do you only do pops, pokemon and DragonBall?

We deal with heaps of collectibles, toys and games, we are planning to expand and offer more services and types of collectibles especially sports

Can we return the collectible if we don't like it?

Unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges as this is a collectible store and we sell very specific items which we expect our customers to be certain what they desire and need for their collections.

Can PNPC hunt down certain collectibles?

Yes, PNPC will have a "hunting book" in store for those who are having issues finding their piece/s of treasure

Can the items on the PNPC website be picked up and paid in person ? Can customers come and take a look in store?

Yes of course, contact Dreamer Mike to arrange a time and date to come into the shop.

Does PNPC have any loyalty points or discounts?

PNPC will be offering discounts to customers, especially to loyal customers
